Best Practices

What do you strive for?

Working in Software Development, we aim to comply to several methodologies and standards in order to create products and work overall to a better standards.

AGILE

Agile is the ability to build and respond to change. This methodology aims to help deal with uncertain environments. A differentiator of Agile from other approaches to software development, is the focus is on the people doing the work and how they all work together. This means there is a huge focus on collaboration and self-organizing teams.

A type of Agile method is DSDM (Dynamic System Development Method). This focuses on the full project lifecycle.
